You will join GeneralMind as a Growth Associate in the CEO Office, working directly with the founders to build the company's commercial engine from the ground up.
We are at the stage where speed, ownership, and execution matter most. Some foundations exist; much still needs to be built from zero. You will work across growth, GTM strategy, outbound, customer development, market research, partnerships, operations, and special projects. It is a high-ownership position at the centre of the company, close to the founders, with exposure to every part of building an early-stage startup.
You will learn how to build and scale a company from the inside — and either grow into a leadership role at GeneralMind or leave with the playbook to build your own company.

Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you will:
Build GeneralMind's early GTM motion from scratch.
Identify and prioritise customer segments.
Run outbound and demand-generation experiments.
Qualify inbound interest and manage early customer conversations.
Support partnerships, strategic initiatives, and market entry.
Create commercial materials, pitch decks, messaging, and sales assets.
Set up CRM, outbound tooling, automation, and reporting systems.
Take ownership of high-priority CEO Office projects as they arise.
1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, banking, investing, or another high-performance environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
High agency, speed, and the ability to operate independently.
Strong interest in AI, startups, and company building.
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
Available to start ASAP or very soon.
