GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics.
Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments.
We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.
Partnerships sit at the heart of how GeneralMind brings AI into the real world. Our partners run mission-critical operations on complex, legacy system landscapes - and our job is to make AI work for them in production, not just in a demo.
As a Partnership Manager, you own that relationship end-to-end. You make our partners successful, develop the solutions that get them there, and grow the partnership as AI takes on more of their workflows. You operate at the intersection of AI, enterprise operations, and commercial strategy, working hand in hand with product, go-to-market, and the founders.
This is a build role as much as a relationship role. You are expected to shape how partnership management works at GeneralMind and become AI-native by using AI tools to maximise your impact - not just run a playbook that already exists.
• Own partner relationships end-to-end. Be the trusted point of contact for our enterprise partners. Understand their operations, priorities, and decision-making structures deeply, and make sure they get real, measurable value from GeneralMind's AI employees.
• Develop solutions with partners. Translate messy operational challenges into clear, well-scoped solutions on top of systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics - aligning what our platform can do with each partner's objectives.
• Drive adoption and expansion. Guide partners from first deployment through scaling AI across more workflows, continuously uncovering new opportunities to grow the relationship and the impact.
• Partner with senior stakeholders. Work with operational leaders, IT, and executives to shape short- and long-term roadmaps, build buy-in across the organisation, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Own commercial discussions. Lead contract, pricing, and renewal conversations that are mutually beneficial and built to last.
• Bring structure and governance. Build the frameworks, stakeholder maps, success metrics, and review cadences that keep partnerships healthy and measurable - think NPS, value delivered, and time-to-impact, not ad hoc check-ins.
• Represent GeneralMind in the market. Grow our presence and community among operations and supply-chain leaders through events, roundtables, webinars, and conferences - and feed insights back into product, marketing, and GTM.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, account management, strategic sourcing or procurement, management consulting, or B2B SaaS - ideally in a partner- or customer-facing role.
• A track record of building and growing trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT, and leadership.
• Ability to understand complex products and operational processes quickly, and translate their value into clear business outcomes for non-technical buyers.
• Strong commercial instincts - comfortable owning contract, pricing, and negotiation conversations.
• A structured, analytical, governance-minded approach: you think in stakeholder maps, success metrics, and review cadences.
• An outgoing, credible communicator who can represent GeneralMind on stage, in the room, and in writing.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations is a strong plus.
• Strong curiosity for AI tools and a genuine willingness to make them part of how you work.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
