GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics.
Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments.
We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.
You'll own everything that keeps our revenue engine running cleanly. We're at the stage where deals are moving fast and our systems have to keep up. You'll build and optimise the infrastructure behind our European sales operation: CRM, pipelines, automations, reporting, and integrations. This is not a maintenance role. You'll design the system from the ground up for where we're going, not where we've been, and give the whole commercial team the data and tooling they need to move faster.
Own our CRM (HubSpot) end-to-end: pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, and reporting. You're the internal expert.
Build automations that cut manual data entry for the sales team and keep our CRM data clean and trustworthy.
Integrate the CRM with the rest of our stack (email, calendar, ERP touchpoints) so nothing falls through the cracks.
Create dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Partner with sales and marketing to translate their needs into CRM logic, processes, and tooling.
Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and surface the insights that sharpen our go-to-market.
Document and train. Build processes the team can follow and improve.
You've owned a CRM (ideally HubSpot) deeply in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment. Not just used it, but configured it, broken it, fixed it.
You've built complex workflows and automations that actually stuck, and you know what makes CRM logic fragile and how to avoid it.
You think in systems and care about data quality, building with it in mind from the start.
You're comfortable turning messy commercial processes into clean, scalable infrastructure.
You move fast and work independently. You don't need a spec to get started.
Clear communication, both written and spoken.
You're based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
