GeneralMind is a Berlin-based AI startup building an autonomous AI-powered supply chain automation platform. We're looking for a driven and curious Growth Intern to join our Growth team in Berlin. You'll work directly alongside our Growth Associates and leadership to help us expand our market presence, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to the operations that drive GeneralMind's go-to-market. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one - and a strong pathway to a full-time position for the right person.
Support outreach campaigns and help manage lead pipelines
Research target accounts, markets, and growth opportunities
Assist in preparing materials for sales and partnership conversations
Coordinate follow-ups and help keep CRM data clean and up to date
Contribute to experiments and initiatives across the growth funnel
Work closely with the Growth team on day-to-day operations
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or recent graduate)
Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, AI, or supply chain
Highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Available for at least 3–6 months, ideally full-time or working student
Prior internship or working student experience in a startup or growth/sales role
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Interest in enterprise software or operations
