About the role

As an AI Solutions Consultant at GeneralMind, you own the customer relationship end-to-end - from first pitch to close and well beyond. You sit at the heart of our go-to-market motion, working hand in hand with founders, marketing, product, and sales ops to sharpen our approach and move fast.

As part of an early and ambitious team, you will help shape and scale how we win and grow customers across international markets. We are as interested in sharp generalists as we are in experienced sellers - what matters is that you learn fast, understand complex problems, and articulate value clearly.

You will operate at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and operational excellence (e.g. supply chain), and become AI-native by leveraging AI tools to maximise your performance.

What you will do

•     Own customer interactions from first pitch through close to further upsells.

•     Engage and build long-term partnerships with C-level executives and their direct reports across established, complex enterprises.

•     Run discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations - translating complex product value into clear business outcomes for buyers who may be new to the category.

•     Guide customers through deep dives and product Go-Lives, then nurture and expand the relationship over time.

•     Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, especially in operational domains such as supply chain.

•     Partner closely with marketing, product, and founders - feeding market insights back into messaging, strategy, and roadmap.

•     Maintain clean pipeline management and accurate forecasting in our CRM.

•     Contribute to building and refining our product and go-to-market strategy, and continuously test, learn, and improve your approach.

What we are looking for

•     3–8 years of professional experience (including internships), gained in a demanding environment such as top-tier management consulting, venture capital or growth equity, a fast-paced high-growth startup, or B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales.

•     Ambitious, fast-learning, and energised by complexity - you want to build, not just execute, and take ownership early.

•     Ability to understand complex products and business processes quickly, and to articulate their value clearly to non-technical buyers.

•     A structured, analytical, and highly proactive working style.

•     A team player who rolls up their sleeves - no task is beneath anyone here, and that mindset is what makes us move fast.

•     Strong curiosity for AI tools and a genuine willingness to integrate them into your workflow; excited about shaping how modern go-to-market is done with AI.

•     Motivated to grow into a top-performing commercial operator — with or without a pure sales background.

•     Above-average academic record; a strong university background is a plus.

•     Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
