We capture how it really happens and turn it into structured systems our agents read as code, which give birth to workers that take over work that doesn't need to be done by humans.

Every hour of execution becomes training data. Every workflow becomes software.

40-50% of jobs in western economies are done by humans sitting on a computer. This is a trillion dollar opportunity, which we intend to capture at all costs.

Your Part

• Own features end-to-end, build polished UIs and reliable backend services that scale with traffic
• Design and build the backend services that power our AI observability and execution platform
• Ship our agent infrastructure to production, including model serving, orchestration, monitoring, and scaling AI workloads

Your Profile

• Fullstack generalist with specific experience in Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, FastAPI, Temporal
• Experience building LLM-powered products and enterprise integrations
• Experience shipping complex data pipelines to production
• Appreciation for building applications with observability as a first-class principle
• Experience with backend services on AWS and setting up CI/CD in Terraform and Docker

Founders

We met during our studies at CDTM in Munich. Felix was at 11x, backed by Benchmark and a16z, working on digital workers before most of the industry decided this was a thing. Christophe was at Enam, backed by Elad Gil, where they were buying large companies and had to deploy AI agents to take over their operations as fast as possible. We were both doing this before it was obvious. We've made most of the mistakes already. We spend every waking minute fixated on how to make AI do real work. The model stops feeling like a tool and starts feeling like a teammate. That moment is what we're chasing.

How We Work

We work together in person in Munich. We believe the hardest problems are solved faster in person than over Slack. Decisions happen faster, and working side by side helps us build real trust as a team. Everyone works hard, with a clear sense ownership over things that truly matter.
