• Develop Scalable Software: Contribute to the design and implementation of our backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines using modern technologies.

• Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle complex problems related to energy data, grid stability, and device orchestration, seeing your code directly impact the energy transition.

• Build Intuitive Frontends: Contribute to our user interfaces, making complex energy data and controls accessible and easy to use.

• Innovate with Machine Learning: For those in ML, you'll work on the orchestration and forecasting of the behaviour of thousands of smart devices, optimising their contribution to grid stability.

• Ensure Robustness and Performance: Participate in code reviews, testing, and optimisation efforts to ensure our software is reliable, efficient, and ready for massive scale.

Your Profile

We're seeking a driven and bright software engineer who is ready to dive deep and contribute meaningfully.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, etc.).

• Possess a solid grasp of TypeScript, Python, or AWS – one of these should hold few secrets for you!

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

• Have been fixing your family's printers since you were 10 years old (optional, but a great indicator of your innate troubleshooting skills!).
