About the Role

Katalyze AI is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and fuel our top-of-funnel pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers — identifying the right people at biopharma and manufacturing companies, crafting sharp outreach, and converting cold interest into qualified conversations for our account executives. This isn't a script-reading role. Our buyers are scientists, engineers, and operations leaders. You'll need to earn their attention by speaking their language.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and identify target accounts in biopharma, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing through LinkedIn, databases, events, and industry networks

  • Execute high-quality outbound sequences — emails, calls, and LinkedIn — tailored to technical and scientific personas

  • Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to account executives

  • Attend and work industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate pipeline

  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach

  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM

  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on messaging and campaigns

  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS or technology — or a science/engineering background with a strong desire to move into sales

  • Science or engineering degree (chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, bioengineering, or related field) is a significant advantage

  • Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely curious

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable attending and representing Katalyze AI at industry events (some travel required)

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus
