Delvo is the agentic intelligence layer for strategic procurement — a system that thinks, acts, and learns alongside the teams managing $50 trillion in global spend. We help enterprise customers across energy, automotive, and chemicals negotiate better, prepare 10x faster, and turn reactive cost control into proactive value creation.
We're a small founding team, shipping daily, working directly with customers and moving fast.
We are looking for a GTM Lead who brings real strategic procurement credibility into the room and turns it into deals. You will be the fundamental piece that lets the rest of our go-to-market organization become fluent in procurement language, working with large enterprises and German Mittelstand to position Delvo where it matters: with C-level and Einkaufsleiter (Head of Procurement) stakeholders.
Own the deal, start to finish. Create deals, move them forward, and activate them. This is a hands-on commercial role, not an advisory seat.
Build relationships with C-level and Einkaufsleiter at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany, and position Delvo within their strategic procurement agenda.
Collaborate with partners on workshops and deep-dive sessions that turn procurement expertise into pipeline.
Enable the rest of the GTM team (AEs, BDRs, GTM Engineers, Deployment Strategists) to speak fluent procurement language, so the whole organization can sell and deploy with credibility.
Lead consultative discovery around procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
Represent Delvo in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Feed market, customer, and competitive insight back into product and company strategy.
At least 3 years, ideally 3-5, of hands-on experience in strategic procurement. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Track record built through work with bigger enterprises and bigger Mittelstand in Germany, helping them position themselves in the strategic procurement space.
Real experience engaging C-level and Einkaufsleiter stakeholders, not just category managers.
Commercially driven: you want to create deals, move them, and close them, not just advise from the sidelines.
Comfortable running and collaborating on workshops with partners and customers.
High ownership in a founder-led, rapidly changing environment.
German and English fluency is required.
