As Founder's Associate (Ops), you're the person our GTM and operations teams call when a manual process is slowing them down. You jump between whatever needs solving that week: an automation for an Account Executive, a lightweight internal tool for a Business Development Representative, a workflow for a GTM Engineer or a Deployment Strategist. You scope it, build it, and ship it end-to-end, using AI coding tools like Codex.
This is not a coordination or admin role. You're a builder: fresh out of university or with one to two years of experience, comfortable picking up a request, building the automation or tool that solves it, and moving on to the next fire.
Take on requests from across GTM and Ops (Account Executives, BDRs, GTM Engineers, Deployment Strategists) and turn them into shipped tools or automations.
Find manual, repetitive processes across the company and automate them before anyone has to ask.
Build end-to-end with AI coding tools like Codex. You scope, build, test, and ship without heavy engineering hand-holding.
Move fluidly between projects. One week it's a reporting automation, the next it's an internal tool for the sales team.
Prioritize what unblocks the business fastest, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Document what you build so it's usable and maintainable by the rest of the team.
Fresh graduate or up to two years of experience. No fixed background required.
Comfortable building software with AI coding tools (e.g. Codex). You don't need a CS degree, but you need to be able to ship a working tool yourself.
High agency: you turn ambiguous requests into something concrete without much hand-holding.
Strong prioritization instincts: comfortable jumping between departments and putting out the most urgent fire first.
Curious about GTM and operations: recruiting, sales, and procurement workflows.
Real ownership from day one. Your tools get used by the whole GTM and ops team immediately.
Direct exposure to every commercial function: sales, BDR, GTM engineering, and deployment.
