About Delvo

Delvo is the agentic intelligence layer for strategic procurement — a system that thinks, acts, and learns alongside the teams managing $50 trillion in global spend. We help enterprise customers across energy, automotive, and chemicals negotiate better, prepare 10x faster, and turn reactive cost control into proactive value creation.

We're a small founding team, shipping daily, working directly with customers and moving fast.

About the Role

You are the first commercial hire at Delvo. You inherit a validated ICP, a Deployment Strategist motion that already de-risks every deal, founder-led relationships, and early enterprise traction. The GTM team at Delvo will work from the playbook you write.

What You'll Do

  • Close new logos across DACH enterprises and Mittelstand, from large industrial groups to Tier-1 accounts.

  • Own the full sales cycle. Discovery, demo, business case, pilot scoping, procurement, security, contract, and upsell.

  • Multi-thread complex buying committees. CPOs, Einkaufsleiter, IT, Finance, category managers. You map the room, find the advocate, and surface the blocker before it becomes a no.

  • Partner with Deployment Strategists from demo onward. You bring in the deployment team on every call needed from demo through pilot: you drive the commercial motion, they go deep on deployment, and you close together.

  • Feed pricing, product, and ICP signal back to founders and the product team.

  • Build the playbook the next AE will inherit.

What We're Looking For

A senior closer with a track record in enterprise SaaS sales.

  • 3+ years closing complex B2B software into enterprise buyers, ideally selling into Supply Chain Management (SCM), Vendor/Supplier Management, or Finance (Accounts Payable, Budget Control), or a comparable enterprise stack.

  • Track record of closing six-figure ACV deals.

  • Carried and consistently attained a meaningful quota over multiple cycles.

  • Stakeholder-map intuition in complex enterprise organizations.

  • Full working proficiency in German and English.

  • Genuine curiosity about procurement and the industries we serve: energy, automotive, and chemicals.

What You'll Get

  • Real ownership. First AE seat, no inherited playbook. You write the version the next hires will run.

  • Direct work with the founders on every major deal.

  • Validated traction across enterprise procurement organizations.

  • A team built around you as Deployment Strategists, GTM Engineers, and BDRs come online.

  • Compensation built for over-performance: competitive base and equity, uncapped variable.

  • Delta Campus, Berlin Neukölln — in-office culture.

What Success Looks Like After a Few Months

  • You have personally closed several new logos across DACH enterprises.

  • You conduct clean handoffs to Deployment Strategists post-signature and ensure smooth implementation.

  • The first version of the AE playbook is documented and the next AE could pick it up tomorrow.

  • Pricing, packaging, and ICP signal flow back to founders and product.

Language Requirements

  • German and English fluency is required.
