We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside our CEO and help drive the most critical initiatives across the business. This isn't a traditional chief-of-staff role — it's a high-impact, high-ownership position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and gets things done. You'll be in the room (and on the calls) where it matters most: strategy sessions, key partnerships, investor conversations, and operational problem-solving.
You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO — tracking priorities, connecting dots across teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who has seen how high-performance organizations operate — whether in investment banking, consulting, or a fast-moving startup — and is now ready to build something meaningful in the intersection of sports science, biotech, and data.
Expect a steep learning curve, long hours, and the kind of exposure that would take years to get anywhere else.
Work side-by-side with the CEO on the company's most important strategic and operational priorities
Own and track critical action items across all functions, ensuring nothing is dropped or delayed
Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, key client presentations, and internal reviews
Conduct research and build business cases to support strategic decisions (new markets, partnerships, product direction)
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the business and drive solutions proactively
Represent the CEO in internal meetings and with external stakeholders when needed
Act as a trusted thought partner — challenging assumptions, stress-testing plans, and asking the right questions
2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup
Exceptional business acumen — you understand strategy, finance, and operations, and you connect them naturally
An extreme sense of urgency — you treat every day like it counts, because it does
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills — crisp, clear, and confident with executives and external partners
Comfortable with long hours and high pressure — this role is not a 9-to-5, and you wouldn't have it any other way
Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and make it happen
Experience in sports, sports science, elite athletics, or working with sports organizations
Background in laboratory operations, biotech, life sciences, or diagnostics
Familiarity with data, analytics, or BI tools (e.g. SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, healthtech, or fast-scaling hardware + software businesses
Direct access to the CEO from day one — real ownership, not busy work
A front-row seat to building a category-defining company in biomarker analytics
Tight-knit team with deep expertise in sports science, lab tech, and data
The chance to work with elite sports teams and world-class athletes
Fast progression for the right person — this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot
