Why we're hiring: We need more capacity on the sales and GTM side. We are looking for someone who can work like a founder and own core workflows across DACH and new markets.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling prospects
Researching and qualifying target accounts before outreach
Booking discovery calls and demos
Tracking outreach activity and pipeline in our CRM
Helping refine messaging, scripts, and target lists based on what you learn from conversations
Attending industry events with the team when relevant
Ideal candidate:
You're comfortable making calls in German and ideally in English too
You're organized and reliable. You follow up, you track what you did, you don't let leads slip
You have genuine curiosity about scaling GTM in startups
You can work independently and are not afraid of rejection
Based in Munich (or willing to relocate), we all work in-person
